Registrar

Kamille Bennett

I proudly serve as the POSA Registrar and Softball Commissioner. I handle all things behind the scenes—from player registration, rosters, and waivers to team organization and family communication. If there’s a registration that’s needs help with or a question to be answered, I’m your go-to! As Head of Softball, I help manage every team in the league. I work on game/practice schedules, coordinate with other leagues, assist with team placements, and support our amazing coaches to make sure everything runs smoothly from the dugout to the diamond. My main goal is to create a fun, supportive, and well-organized experience for our players, coaches, and families. Whether I’m behind a laptop or cheering from the sidelines, I’m all in for POSA.

Hi, I’m Kamille Bennett, and softball as well as our community has always been a huge part of my life. I was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, but moved to Newport, Washington at the young age of 5. This amazing community quickly became home, and it’s where I started playing softball and began my journey through the little league program and Newport School District. I played all through my youth, earning varsity letters each year in high school while maintaining honor roll status and graduating as a 12-year senior of the district.

Now, as a mom of three, it’s been incredibly special to watch my 13-year-old daughter carry on the tradition—she’s been playing softball for POSA and Newport programs for 9 years. I’ve had the privilege of coaching her and many others for almost a decade, working with teams of all ages, and I was honored to start, and organize POSA’s very first softball clinic, something I continue to lead and grow today. You can also find me volunteering for the Newport School district, where I am a part of our wonderful Stratton PTO.

Pend Oreille County has my whole heart, and I’m deeply passionate about supporting our youth and giving back to the community that raised me. With a background in health care, I’ve always been driven to create safe, welcoming environments where kids and families can grow, play, and thrive. I have a huge heart, I love to give, and I truly believe that kindness is the key to happiness. Whether I’m coaching, organizing, or just being present for our athletes, the softball field is—and always will be—my favorite place to be. I am honored to serve on the POSA board and eager to watch our amazing program grow in the most important way, With HEART! ❤️
