- Call meeting to order
- Samantha Mundy put in formal resignation at the end of January
- District letter
- Krtisten: Met with Dave, Tony, Brett, and Honey. Meeting went well and they all want to be clear that they appreciate POSA and the board and have no issues with what we are currently doing as a whole. Light was shed on the custodians and other items. Dave wrote a letter thanking POSA. They support POSA and are impressed with the current board. They do not want a riff with us and want to work together and keep things going smooth.
- Honey: Expressed gratitude as we move forward. Chris has a great convo and is dedicated towards kids and the parents. Honey thanks Tim with how supportive he has been even with current challenges he is facing. Honey also thanks Kristen for stepping in as Interim President.

- Basketball awards
- Have trophies and awards. Tournament schedule is done. Priest River unsure of participating yet. If they dont, we can rearrange schedule.
- Basketball tournament - schedule done.
- Treasure role is vacant. Sadie Whitehouse interested - possibly invite to next board meeting.
- Need to advertise roles on Facebook/Instagram.
- Nicole offered to help step in until role is filled

Honey Smith
- Grants - will pull up what we submitted for last year. Shooting for the moon. Kalispell has been generous in the past. We should submit with specific goals or something that is needed to give us a stronger grant application with specifics. Need to create a Wish List. Wish List should be due by March 16th.
